The state of Idaho presented Charles Crawford Crafts with a law license in 2004.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to respond to opposing party’s discovery requests
• Failed to respond to motion for summary judgment
• Failed to respond to opposing party’s request for fees and costs
• Failed to inform client of status of case
• Failed to advise client that default judgment entered against him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful discipline to Charlie.
