Attorney Andrew Beach of Westminster, CA; idiot, repeat offender

The state of California provided Andrew Fairmont Beach with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

Andy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to perform services competently (idiot)
• Shared fees with non-lawyer
• Paid someone to secure his employment

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

Andy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Andy falsely reported he had completed his MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements when he hadn’t.

In another matter, Andy failed to comply with the terms of his disciplinary probation by not submitting three quarterly reports or a final report to the Office of Probation on time or providing proof he’d joined the Law Practice Management and Technology Section of the State Bar as required.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
