► Attorney William Ezzell of Gainesville, FL; convicted pervert

The state of Florida provided William Richard Ezzell with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School. 

The Florida State Bar found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy pled no contest (guilty in effect) to video voyeurism, a felony in the third-degree.

The criminal conduct took place when the Perv used a cellphone to record a woman stripping in a tanning booth at a Gainesville salon. It involved a 51-year-old woman who went in to get a tan, while the Perv stood behind her at the counter.

The woman later told police that the Perv was “looking at me weird” and staring at me. She told the police she was only wearing panties and putting lotion on her legs when she was she believed was a cellphone being held over the top of the wall.

She was convinced that that the camera was taping her because she could see a light shining from it. She then began yelling and called the Perv a “peeping Tom.” 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Surpeme Court punished Billy the Perv by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016, the Perv is waiting to have his law license reinstated.
