► Attorney Jesse Jackson Jr. of West Chester, OH; thief, convict, pervert

The state of Ohio presented with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Jesse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to competently complete work for several clients (idiot)
• Failed to share fees for court-appointed work
• Failed to close trust account when required to do so
• Double- billed one client (crook)
• Indicted for two counts of grand theft, felonies of the fourth degree
• Convicted after bench trial of petty theft
• Charged excessive fees in bankruptcy cases
• Filed bankruptcy application to pay filing fees in installments even though client had paid him the filing fee in full
• Removed by court as applicant for estate and ordered to repay estate $8,630
• Failed to provide written contingency fee agreements to several clients
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jesse!)
• Wrote checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Touched client’s thigh in a sexual manner
• Failed to provide client with itemized billing statement
• Engaged in conflict of interest by having sexual relations with client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jesse by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Jesse practices with the Law Offices of Jesse Jackson Jr. at 8216 Princeton Glendale Road in West Chester, Ohio.
