Attorney Leroy Austin of Los Angeles; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Leroy Bishop Austin with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Southeastern University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Leroy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return client phone calls in divorce matter
• Failed to respond to client status inquiries
• Failed to provide client with billing statement
• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Leroy!)
• Failed to inform client of significant developments in her case
• Failed to advise client of $523 court-ordered sanction
• Abandoned client who paid him $7,500 advance fees re: breach of contract case
• Failed to advise client she had been served with discovery
• Failed to oppose motions to compel discovery or terminate sanctions
• Negligence led to client’s case being dismissed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Leroy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Leroy practices with Austin & Associates at 3250 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
