Attorney William Bibb of Encinitas, CA; convicted wife beater

The state of California provided William Colwell Bibb with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy was convicted of willfully and unlawfully using force/violence upon wife.

During the course of the altercation with his wife, Billy destroyed some of their wedding photographs and pictures taken at her father's 80th birthday party. In plea documents, he admitted to scratching his wife and putting his hands around her throat.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy the Wife Beater.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Billy practices with the Law Office of William C. Bibb at 4405 Manchester Avenue in Encinitas, California, which is located in San Diego County.
