Attorney Brian Debauche of Denver; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Brian Debauche with a law license in 1997.

The Colorado State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly delayed tendering settlement funds owed to 2 doctors
• Delayed bankruptcy filings in two client matters

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Brian practices with the Law Firm of Brain Debauche LLC at 401 Kalamath Street in Denver, Colorado.
