Attorney Victor Miller of Las Vegas; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented Victor Lee Miller with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from McGeorge Law School at the University of Pacific.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely serve copy of client’s complaint on defendant
• Failed to return client phone calls over two-year period of time
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Vic!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Vic practices with the Law Offices of Victor Lee Miller at 935 South Decatur Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
