Attorney Brian Kohn of Billings, MT; lying loser

The state of Montana presented Brian Kohn with a law license in 1994.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented a client in a Custer County criminal case
• Failed to comply with promise to client to file for post-conviction relief
• Abandoned his client
• Failed to respond to letters from clients
• Made misreprentations (lied) to clients
• Terminated client representation without client consent
• Extremely dilatory in responding to clients
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brian!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Brian practices at 2722 Third Avenue in Billings, Montana.
