The state of Virginia presented Mufeed Wadie Said with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Mufeed guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
