The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Khaled guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file client’s settlement motion for 14 months
• Negligence led to client’s loss of his home
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Khaled by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.
