Attorney Lloyd Ward of Dallas; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Lloyd Ward with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

The District 12 Grievance Committee found Lloyd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation in the course of handling various debt settlement matters for several clients

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lloyd’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary stayed suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Lloyd by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
