Attorney Treva Hearne of Reno; ethical gremlin

The state of Nevada presented Treva J. Hearne with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Treva guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with terms of disciplinary probation
• Failed to file required reports with probation officer
• Failed to attend MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) classes

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Treva by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
