Attorney Evans Agrapidis of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ; repeat offender

 

The state of New Jersey presented Evans Chris Agrapidis with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Evans guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Evans’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfits Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Improperly split fees with non-attorney
  • Gave something of value to person recommending his services
  • Provided referral fees to non-lawyer employees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Evans by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Evans’ 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfits Apple Tree

  • Repeated instances of failing to pay trust account funds to clients and third parties
  • Failed to communicate with client for 14 years re: receipt of $25,000 settlement check
  • Failed to provide client with required settlement statement
  • Improperly charged clients for office expenses he incurred

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Evans by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Evans practices with Leanza & Agrapidis at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey.
