Attorney Mark Caracci of Metairie, LA; ethical gremlin

The state of Louisiana presented Mark N. Caracci with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) re: several clients
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Mark practices at 3628 Tolmas Drive in Metairie, Louisiana.
