Attorney Charles Whitehead Jr. of Natchitoches, LA; ethical elf

The state of Louisiana presented Charles R. Whitehead, Jr. with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Charlie practices at 725 Third Street in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
