The state of Louisiana presented Brenda Braud with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Brenda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Negligently converted client funds
• Threatened criminal charges to obtain advantage in civil case

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Annie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Annie.
