Attorney Jack Tuckner; idiot, publicity hound and ethically insolvent

In his lawsuit v. Citi Bank, Jack Tuckner claimed that Ms. Debrahlee Lorenzana was fired for being “Too Hot/Sexy.” Admittedly, Ms. Lorenzana is an attractive woman as evidenced by a photo spread published in the Village Voice (6/1/10 - http://tinyurl.com/2dvv6rm).
In his zeal for unwarranted publicity, Jack Tuckner filed a sham lawsuit against Citi Bank which was subsequently dismissed by the Court because Ms. Lorenzana signed an employment contract mandating that any such disputes be determined via arbitration (NY Post – 6/3/10). Of course it goes without saying that Jack Tuckner was well aware of the mandatory arbitration clause when he filed his sham, publicity-seeking lawsuit.
Shortly after filing his sham lawsuit (Is there another kind for Jack Tuckner), he had the chutzpah to shop the story to the Village Voice, the New York Post, New York Daily News and the Nightly News. In a effort to cement his status as a certified idiot/moron and pervert, Jack Tuckner made numerous comments/claims, some of which are addressed below.
“Debrahlee Lorenzana would be very attractive in a burka”
The photo of Debrahlee Lorenzana indicates that she may well look attractive in a burka. However, the same certainly can’t be said for attorney Jack Tuckner, right?
In fact, it would be an act of compassion if Jack Tuckner would wear a burka whenever appearing in public in New York City, right?
Appears as though Jack is unaware that Halloween isn't celebrated until October.
Jack Tuckner – the “sex positive” women’s rights lawyer
In a 6/1/10 story written by Elizabeth Dwoskin of the Village Voice, in a lame attempt at levity, Jack Tuckner had the temerity to call himself a “sex positive” women’s-rights lawyer. This is a buffoon (my apologies to buffoons) who engages in bondage and discipline (aka, sadomasochism) with a dominatrix at his law offices.
Apparently, Jack Tuckner relishes being spanked by his longtime dominatrix. Given Jack’s consistent bad behavior (unethical) over the years, seems apropos, right?
Arguing that he’s a “sex-positive” women’s-rights lawyer is analogous to the below named folks putting forth the same type of laughable arguments.
Jack Tuckner, who laughingly calls himself a “sex positive” women’s-rights lawyer, said his client is a babe. “It’s like saying that we can’t think anymore cause our penises are standing-up—and we cannot think about you except in a sexual manner—and we can’t look at you without wanting to have sexual intercourse with you. And it’s up to you, gorgeous woman, to lessen your appeal so that we can focus.” (Elizabeth Dwoskin, Village Voice – 6/1/10).
Dismissal of Jack Tuckner’s sham lawsuit
Since Tuckner absolutely knew that Debrahlee Lorenzana was contractually barred from filing suit against Citi Bank in November 2009, such conduct was clearly unethical.
Sadly, the taxpayers of New York were forced to pay untold sums to process Tuckner’s frivolous lawsuit. Additionally, one can only imagine how much Citi Bank paid in attorney fees to have this sham lawsuit dismissed.
In truth, Tuckner should have been sanctioned by the Court for his unethical and frivolous conduct. In fact, the court should have, at a minimum, ordered him to pay the attorney fees and costs incurred by Citi Bank in defending the sham lawsuit.
Conclusion
Women in distress in the New York City area would be well advised to steer clear of employing the likes of Jack Turner and/or any member of the Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser law firm unless they’re into sadomasochism.
