Attorney Alvin Neal of Irmo, SC; ethical dwarf

The state of South Carolina presented Alvin J. Neal with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Alvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to reply to interrogatories and document request
• Engaged in negligent conduct in representing client
• Due to negligence client’s lawsuit dismissed by trial court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Alvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Alvin practices in Irmo, South Carolina.
