Attorney David Creekmore of Knoxville, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided David Dickason Creekmore with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

While employed as a General Sessions judge, Dave found it acceptable to execute orders and property receipts which appeared don their face to be invalid and incorrect. As a result of his improper activity, Dave was forced to resign his judgeship.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Dave practices at 11530 Midhurst Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee.
