Attorney Michael Harker of Las Vegas; slacker

The state of Nevada presented Michael J. Harker with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to communicate with client
• Aided non-attorney in illegal practice of law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Mike practices with the Law Office of Michael J. Harker at 2901 El Camino Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
