Judge Arthur Barcinas of Guam; lazy loser

The Supreme Court of Guam  presented Arthur Barcinas with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Committee on Judicial Discipline has charged Judge Barcinas with committing the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of delay involving dozens of cases
• Took more than 300 to 800 (over 2 years) days from time he heard oral arguments before he issued decisions
• Conduct affected the integrity of the court (What integrity?)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Barcinas by the apologists sitting on the Supreme Court of Guam.

As we speak (ca. June 2015, Judge Barcinas continues to sit as a Superior Court judge in Hagåtña, Guam.
