Attorney Don Handley of Memphis; repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Don Anthony Handley with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

Donnie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Donnie engaged in the illegal practice of law during a time that his law license was suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Donnie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Donnie practices at 44 North 2^nd Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
