Attorney Robert Bishop of Louisville; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Robert Whitsitt Bishop with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Acquired ownership interest in client’s property
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Assisted non-attorney in unauthorized practice of law
  • Improperly solicited clients (ambulance chasing)
  • Failed to respond to client requests for information
  • Engaged in multiple conflicts of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2015), Bobby practices at 6520 Glenridge Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
