Attorney Dante Ardite of Lawndale, CA; repeat offender 

 

The state of California provided Dante Sean Ardite with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from California Western University Law School in San Diego.

 

The California State Bar found Dante guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Dante’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Failed to submit compliance with continuing legal education requirements
  • Made misrepresentations (lied) to court that he was entitled to practice law
  • Failed to provide State Bar with new address

As consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dante by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

Dante’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

In one matter, Dante pleaded guilty of charges of driving on a suspended license on six different occasions over a five-year period of time.

 

As consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dante by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Dante practices at 4612 West 173rd Street in Lawndale, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
