Attorney Kent Hanson of Reno; ethical misfit

The state of Nevada presented Kent Burdett Hanson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

On several occasions, Kent found it acceptable to engage in illegal practice of law during a time that he absolutely knew his law license had been suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Kent practices at 316 California Avenue in Reno, Nevada.
