Attorney James Kent of Las Vegas; cheating loser  

The state of Nevada presented James Stuart Kent with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Charged and collected over $16,000 in unreasonable fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Jimmy practices at 9480 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
