Attorney Alex Ghibaudo of North Las Vegas; ethical elf 

The state of Nevada presented Alex B. Ghibaudo with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of California Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly abandoned his clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Alex!)
• Made numerous unprofessional and demeaning calls to other attorneys
• Refused to provide clients with accounting of funds he received
• Posed a serious threat to the public

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Alex practices with the Law Office of Eric Roy at 818 East Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
