Attorney Gary Huntsman of North Las Vegas; ethical elf 

The state of Nevada presented Gary R. Huntsman with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to do so
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Gary practices at 3560 West Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
