Attorney Douglas Fermoile of Reno; forger  

The state of Nevada presented Douglas Keith Fermoile with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard third-party funds
• Forged client’s signature on settlement agreement
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Nevada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Doug was never criminally prosecuted for forgery.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Doug practices at 427 Ridge Street in Reno, Nevada.
