Attorney Peter Rinato of Las Vegas; ethical leprechaun  

The state of Nevada presented Peter M. Rinato with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Pete!)
• Mishandled his trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Pete practices at 600 White Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
