Attorney Manuel Montelongo of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin 

The state of Nevada presented Dale Edward Haley with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Manuel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Manuel by gifting him with a complimentary disbarment.

However, the comedians on the Supreme Court reinstated Manuel’s law license five years after he was disbarred.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Manuel practices at 624 South Ninth Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
