The state of Nevada presented Kirk T. Kennedy with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Cumberland Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kirk.
