Attorney Leonidas Flangas of Las Vegas; ethical leprechaun 

The state of Nevada presented Leonidas P. Flangas with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Leo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Failed to be fair to an opposing party and counsel
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Failed to communicate services to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Leo by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
