Attorney John Fernandez of Henderson, NV; moronic loser 

The state of Nevada presented John C. Fernandez with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Failed to provide disciplinary board with correct phone number
• Failed to attend to client needs
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
