Attorney Kelly Slade of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin 

The state of Nevada presented Kelly Owen Slade with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Kelly guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Failed to communicate with client concerning services
• Committed criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Kelly by gifting him with a stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Kelly practices at 9303 Gilcrease Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
