Attorney Benson Lee of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin 

The state of Nevada presented Benson Lee with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to treat opposing party and counsel fairly
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Benny.
