Attorney Brenda Flanders of Salt Lake City; ethical dwarf  

The state of Utah presented Brenda L. Sanders with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Brenda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an excessive fee for chapter 7 bankruptcy matter (crook)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brenda!)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Brenda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Brenda practices with Lewis Hansen Waldo Pleshe & Flanders at 8 East Broadway in Salt Lake City, Utah.
