Attorney Calvin Biggers of Fairfield, AL; ethical gremlin 

The state of Alabama presented Calvin David Biggers with a law license after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Calvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mismanaged client trust account
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Calvin by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 180-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Calvin.
