Attorney George Johnson of Dover, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented George W. Johnson with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found George guilty of the following misconduct.

George improperly took a loan from a testamentary trust which he served as a trustee and did so without ever seeking prior court approval as required.

George’s self-serving conduct also created an impermissible conflict of interest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) George practices with Johnson & Johnson at 33 East Blackwell Street in Dover, New Jersey.
