Attorney Elizabeth Savitt of Bala Cynwyd, PA; scamming loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Elizabeth Savitt with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

The Office of Public and Professional Guardians (OPPG) found Liz guilty of engaging in the following misconduct during the time she was acting as a court appointed Guardian involving disabled individuals and senior citizens, often with the help of her husband — then sitting Circuit Court Judge Martin Colin.

  • OPPG seeks $190,000 in fees from Liz stemming from 13 cases
  • Violated the prohibition against acting in a manner contrary to her ward’s best interests
  • The complaint is the first of its kind by the Office of Public and Professional Guardians, which was formed in 2016 by the state Legislature in the wave of criticisms about professional guardians from families. The state seeks as much as $190,000 in fees from Savitt stemming from 13 cases and to suspend or revoke her guardianship registration.
  • Put her own monetary wants above carrying for the needs of her vulnerable wards
  • Abused her powers as a guardian
  • Violated a court order that resulted in a mismanagement of funds
  • Acted in a manner contrary to her ward’s best interests

And lastly, as one would suspect, Liz fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at swww.esavittlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Liz practices her so-called brand of law with Savitt Law at 34 Rock Hill Road in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
