Attorney Joseph Sciulli of Green Lane, PA; serial convict

The state of Pennsylvania presented Joseph Nicholas Sciulli with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Indiana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

March 2018 criminal offenses/charges in Bucks County

• Arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of a control substance
• Charged with one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia
• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] and use/possession of drug paraphernalia
• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] to use/possession of drug paraphernalia
• Sentence to 72 hours to six months in prison and fined $1,000.00

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

June 2018 criminal offenses/charges in BucksCounty

• Arrested and charged with offenses under the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act
• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] the above criminal offenses
• Sentenced to one-year additional probation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

August 2018 criminal offenses/charges in Montgomery County

• Charged with disorderly conduct
• Charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia
• Charged with driving under the influence of controlled substance (DUI), second offense

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

September 2018 criminal offenses/charges BucksCounty

• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] to one count of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered un the Drug Act
• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] to one count possession of marijuana-small amount personal use

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure

February 2019 criminal offenses/charges in Berks County

• Pled guilty to one count of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered un the Drug Act
• Failed to report prior drug convictions in Berks and Bucks County Court of Common Pleas to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel within 20 days as required (Up yours, said Joey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2021) Joey practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of Joseph N. Sciulli at 313 Main Street in Green Lane, Pennsylvania.
