Attorney Ronald Swencki of Cleveland, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented Ronald Clement Swencki with a law license in 1969 after she graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Ronnie guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Falsely stated or implied that he practices in a partnership or other organization
• Practiced under a name that was misleading as to his identity
• Failed to inform his clients that he did not maintain malpractice insurance
• Failed to promptly inform his client of any decision or circumstance with respect to which the client’s informed consent is required
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client she wasn’t covered by malpractice insurance

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Ronnie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Ronnie practices his so-called brand of law with R.C. Swencki & Associates at 55 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.
