Attorney George Simakis of Cleveland; repeat offender

The state of Ohio presented George Konstantine Simakis with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School. 

The Cleveland Bar Association found George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Intentionally failed to carry out contract of employment
• Failed to respond to client information requests

As one would suspect, this wasn’t George’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), George practices at 4186 Pearl Road in Cleveland, Ohio.
