The state of Nebraska presented Kent E. Person with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.
The Disciplinary Counsel found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

Repeatedly failed to see that the estate was properly administered

Engaged in repeated acts of indifference to the clerk magistrate’s communications and orders

Exhibited indifference to his responsibility to communicate with his client and his duty as an officer of the court to communicate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
