Attorney John Stewart of Lambertville, MI; ethical leprechaun, loser
The state of Ohio presented John Charles Stewart with a law license in 1989 after he graduated the University of Toledo Law School. The state of Michigan also provided John with a license to practice law.
The Toledo Bar Association found John guilty of the following misconduct

Failed to act with due diligence
-
Failed to provide competent legal representation (moron)
-
Failed to comply with court ordered discovery
-
Commingled client funds with personal funds
-
Failed to cooperate with disciplinary investigators (Up Yours, said Johnny!)
-
Failed to maintain adequate records of client trust accounts
-
Failing to perform contracted work on behalf of several clients
-
Failed to return client files to client after being fired
-
Failed to return unearned fees to clients after being discharged (crook)
-
Failed to reasonably communicate with clients
-
Failed to take necessary steps to protect client interests upon withdrawing representation
-
Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
-
Misconduct involved multiple offenses
-
Refused to acknowledge the wrongfulness of his conduct
-
Attempted to downplay the severity of his egregious misconduct
-
Failed to obey court orders on several occasions
-
Failed to keep clients reasonably informed of status of legal matters
-
Failed to deposit clients’ funds in interest bearing accounts
-
Failed to promptly deliver funds to clients as required
-

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) John practices at 3600 West Sterns Road in Lambertville, Michigan, which is basically a suburb of Toledo, Ohio.
