Former Judge Adeline Martinez of Winkleman, AZ; moronic slacker

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Adeline guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was sitting as a Winkleman Municipal Court judge.

• Failed to properly advise defendants of their rights in criminal cases (due process)
• Failed to file required reporting of dispositions to MVD and DPS
• Failed to forward appropriate protective
• order information to the sheriff’s office
• Failed to have sufficient recording equipment to create and maintain a record of the proceedings
• Audit revealed deficiencies in operational account
• Failed to failure to abide by supreme court rules and directives
• Failed to comply with language-access plan per supreme court rules
• Engaged in a dereliction of duty
• Failed to comply with the Code of Judicial Conduct
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Adeline by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2020), rumor has it that Adeline submitted an application for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter at 100 South Ragus Road in Claypool, Arizona.
