Judge Bruce Staggs of Bisbee, AZ; ethical goblin

The Arizona Commission of Judicial Conduct has charged Bruce with engaging in the following conduct.

• Engaged in improper political activity
• Caused a hostile work environment among courthouse employees
• Improperly [ignorantly] presided over a misdemeanor trial and convicted a man who had not been properly arraigned on the criminal charge

All that’s left is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bruce by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Bruce continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Bisbee, Arizona.
