Judge Adam Watters of Tucson; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Adam W. Watters with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Watters guilty of the following misconduct.

• Appeared in an advertisement for his law firm wearing his judicial robe
• Advertised himself as active pro-tem judge on his website
• Abused judicial office to advance personal financial interests
• Submitted misleading or fraudulent documents in support of his application for judicial appointment

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Judge Watters by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Adam continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Tucson, Arizona.
