The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Lorona guilty of the following misconduct.

Judge Lorona’s 1^st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Judge Lorona found it acceptable to attempt to influence another judge on behalf of her grandson and a friend.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commisssion on Judicial Conduct punished Marie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension from the bench.

• Improper participation on Board of Directors of the Pinal Hispanic Council (PHC)
• Disingenuous (BS) response to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Marie!)

As we speak (May 2015), Marie remains sitting as a Justice of the Peace in Eloy, Arizona, which is located in the Phoenix area.
